“If you wait until you can do everything for everybody, instead of something for somebody, you’ll end up not doing nothing for nobody.” ~ Malcom Bane

As I write this, I’m getting ready to travel home from an event where I walked with 1500 new friends and several dozen very dear friends. The walk memorialized those who have been taken from us, as well as those in our lives who have survived the scourge also known as Breast Cancer. 204 survivors walked with us.

In the US, October is Breast Cancer Awareness month and my household has been doing its level best to help rid the world of it. Between Hubs and me, we’ve participated in 3 pretty strenuous events this October to raise awareness and, more importantly, money to help find a cure and to provide medical services to those patients who can’t afford to pay for treatment. It’s been a busy month and I haven’t quite processed it all quite yet. In the coming weeks I’ll be sharing stories and photos of some of our adventures. Stay tuned…

Be well and God Bless-until we meet again…
